Appointing a Director
Proforma Announcement ANZTS Members are invited to submit a nomination to be a part of the ANZTS Board for the period 20XX – 20XX. There are five (5) board positions available to be filled on the ANZTS Board this year and members are encouraged to nominate. These positions will be voted on just prior to the AGM and announced at the upcoming Annual General Meeting during the conference. The ANZTS Board By-Laws prescribe that the ANZTS Board must consist of at least: · Two (2) Australian residents; and · Two (2) New Zealand residents; and · May not exceed 50% representation from any one jurisdiction (e.g. State or Territory of Australia). All prospective directors are required to have a director identification number provided by Australian Business Registration Service. If you would like to nominate yourself or your colleague, please complete the attached ANZTS Board Nominations Form and send it to the ANZTS Secretariat no later than 5pm AEST Friday – DD MMM YYYY. Further enquires related to the board roles and responsibilities can be obtained from the Secretariat admin@anzts.com.au An election will be held if the number of nominations received, exceed the current vacancies. |
